Every installer must carry a valid state contractor license, General Liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence, and Workers' Compensation coverage. We verify their insurance documentation using AI-powered scanning before every single job. Installers are ranked on a 10-point performance system based on completed jobs, response times, and customer reviews — so the best crews rise to the top.
Most roofs are installed within 4 weeks of placing your order. Here's the typical timeline: you receive your quote within 60 minutes of entering your address, you select your package and choose your preferred installation week, we handle permits and material ordering over the next 2–3 weeks, and your roof is installed during the week you selected — usually completed in 1–2 days depending on roof size and weather. You'll receive text and email updates at every step, and you can track everything in real time from your customer dashboard.
We offer three ways to pay. Pay in Full with a one-time credit card payment at the time of order. Finance Your Roof with two options — a 1 Year Same As Cash plan at 0% interest if paid within 12 months, or a 10 Year Payment Plan with fixed monthly payments at 9.99% APR. Pay at Close if you're selling your home — pay nothing upfront and the roof cost is deducted from your home sale proceeds at closing. All payment options include the same package, the same warranty, and the same installation quality.

Our 5-year workmanship guarantee covers any issue caused by installation error — if something was done wrong, we send a crew to fix it at no cost. Your manufacturer material warranty covers defects in the shingles and materials themselves, with coverage ranging from 15 years to lifetime depending on your package. To file a claim, just contact us with your warranty number and a description of the issue. We'll have an inspector out within 5 business days.
